Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding our time is important and that late-notice cancellations and no-shows prevent others from receiving services.

A credit card on file and agreement to the Cancellation Policy is required to book our services.
Microblading Services have a specific, non-refundable deposit of $50 to be paid shortly after booking. An agent will call you shortly after booking to collect deposit and confirm appointment.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment then there will be no fee charged to the card on file (Microblading Services excluded, must rebook).

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or no-show, there will be a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
A $50 cancellation fee is charged to the card on file for appointments with less than $100 in booked services, and $100 for appointments exceeding $100 in booked services.
If you must cancel your booking within 24 hours of your appointment - please call us immediately so we can work something out but there still may be a cancellation charge.
